employeemonitoring.ai is operated on the zeitfair platform by the same company.
1. Scope

2. Services
employeemonitoring.ai / zeitfair is web-based software for working-time recording, absence management, project time and analytics. Features depend on the selected plan.
3. Prices and payment
Prices on the pricing page apply per active person per month excl. VAT. Billed monthly or yearly in advance by card or SEPA direct debit.
4. Term and termination
Monthly plans can be cancelled at the end of the billing period, yearly plans at the end of the term.
5. Customer obligations
The customer is responsible for lawful use, in particular for involving the works council and informing employees. Covert monitoring of employees is prohibited.
6. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence; otherwise only for breach of essential obligations, limited to foreseeable damage typical for the contract.
7. Final provisions
German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is the provider’s registered office.
