2. Website

When you visit the website we process technically necessary data (truncated IP address, time, page) for delivery and security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We use no tracking or marketing cookies; only necessary cookies (language, market, login session) are stored.

3. Using the application

For customer companies we process working-time, absence and project data as a processor (Art. 28 GDPR). The respective company is the controller. Details are set out in the data processing agreement.

4. Storage location

The database and files are stored in the EU (Frankfurt am Main).

5. AI insights (optional)

Only if a customer enables insights are time entries sent to MiniMax for categorisation and analysis (third country, standard contractual clauses). Results are shown at team and project level only.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

7. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Employees can trigger export and deletion directly in the app under “My data”.
